• Adults and children above 9 years: 2 tablets once daily before meal
• Children between 4-9 years: 1 tablet once daily before meal

• Magnesium
• Glycerol
• Phosphorus

• AVOID in people with chronic kidney disease (CKD) due to high phosphorus level.
• CAUTION in people taking blood thinner as magnesium may slow blood clotting.
• CAUTION in people taking potassium sparing diuretics as it may reduce excretion of magnesium and hence
• May increase the risk of hypermagnesemia when taken with magnesium supplement.
• Interacts with a few medications such as bisphosphonate and antibiotics (tetracycline and quinolone). Dose separation of at least 4 hours is recommended.
