• Vitamin D3 125IU
• Vitamin K2 15mcg
• Magnesium 75mg
• Zinc 625mcg
• Manganese 0.5mg
• Boron 375mcg
• Potassium 625mcg

• AVOID in people with kidney stone

• AVOID in pregnant women – Vitamin K may cause jaundice and other problems in baby

• AVOID in G6PD deficiency patients – Vitamin K may trigger haemolysis

• AVOID in people taking blood thinner – Vitamin K may affect efficacy

• CAUTIOUS use in people with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) – Careful dose adjustments is required

• CAUTIOUS use in people with thyroid disease. – Gap of at least 4 hours between thyroid hormone replacement medication such as levothyroxine and supplement

• CAUTIOUS use in people who are taking antibiotic (tetracycline). – Gap of 2 hours before or 4 hours after taking antibiotic
